A huge congratulations to Lucia for winning the Mayor’s Award at the 2018 Community Awards Night.
The Mayors Award is presented to a member of the public who makes an extra-ordinary difference to the lives of others. It could be someone who helps the vulnerable or disadvantaged people, a charity volunteer, or a solo fund raiser.
Lucia has made an extra-ordinary difference too many people’s lives over the last 20 years,
Lucia has raised over £110,000 for charities including MIND, Make a wish and The childrens society, lucia was recongised as an incredible fundraiser and was very proud to acept the mayors award.
Lucia has now booked her 18th charity challenge, a treck in transylvania in June 2019
