Novembers client of the month is Harriet. This client visited the salon after colouring her hair at home. Harriot was unhappy with the warm tones that occurred after her home colouring, Harriot attended the salon for a full colour consultation with Lucia where a colour process was discussed and agreed.

Lucia used L’Oréal professionals lightening range and Dialight frosty milkshake range to achieve Harriet’s new look.

Lucia used the balyage highlighting technique with a root stretch to remove the demarcation line from the previous colour

Harriet was very pleased with the end result.
