The countdown has begun until all being well I visit this wonderful, friendly hair and beauty salon again. Lucia and Jane have worked extremely hard to comply with the rules and regulations and I feel very safe in there whilst having my hair done. They take their clients welfare very seriously and equally in turn their clients take Lucia and Jane's health and welfare very seriously. Where would we be without our fantastic hairdressers - looking like the shaggy sheepdog that I do at present. My mask is ready to put on and I know that when I go in, I will feel very safe and reassured that I will be looked after to the highest standards possible. Cannot wait to see these lovely two people again - I have missed them so much.

I moved to Luton just under 2 years ago and struggled to find a good local salon. Everyone I spoke to said they went out of Luton for their haircut. I realised I was driving past Lucia's everyday on my way to work so decided to give them a try. Best decision I made....the staff make you feel welcome (Jane who looks after me) listens to what I want and never disappoints.
