I've been going to Lucia's since the nineties for massage, beauty treatments and of course haircut. I'm greeted by smiling faces and made to feel so comfortable that I don't want to leave! The staff are excellent, friendly yet professional and I come away feeling relaxed and beautiful inside and out no matter what treatment I've had. I moved to Luton just under 2 years ago and struggled to find a good local salon. Everyone I spoke to said they went out of Luton for their haircut. I realised I was driving past Lucia's everyday on my way to work so decided to give them a try. Best decision I made....the staff make you feel welcome (Jane who looks after me) listens to what I want and never disappoints.
